ONGOING RESULTS
In our open-label study, ELEVATE-PD, people treated with CREXONT experienced more “Good On” time within 6 weeks of switching from different oral levodopa therapies*

ONGOING CLINICAL STUDY
What is ELEVATE-PD?
ELEVATE-PD is an ongoing open-label Phase 4 study that looks at people who switched from different oral levodopa therapies* and measures how they responded to CREXONT. After 6 weeks, we checked in with them to see how the treatment was working.
*Different oral levodopa therapies included IR CD/LD, IR CD/LD and catechol-O-methyltransferase (COMT) inhibitor, or RYTARY® (carbidopa and levodopa) extended-release capsules. COMT inhibitors prevent the breakdown of levodopa before it reaches the brain.
After switching to CREXONT
3.3 more hours of “Good On” time per day
“Good On” time per day with CREXONT
Less “Off” time per day: CREXONT decreased “Off” time per day for people by 3.1 hours (from 6.2 hours to 3.1 hours) after switching from different oral LD therapies.†
The results come from our ongoing study, where people with Parkinson’s and their doctors knew which treatment was given. These results should be considered together with the main study results. Always speak to your doctor to determine if CREXONT may be right for you.
*“Good On” time is defined as “On” time without troublesome dyskinesia. Change in “Good On” time was measured by comparing values at Week 6 to
baseline.
†Change in “Off” time was measured by comparing values at Week 6 to baseline.
RESULTS WHEN SWITCHING FROM PRIOR LEVODOPA THERAPY
When patients switched from IR CD/LD or RYTARY to CREXONT they had more “Good On” time per day
- People who switched to CREXONT from IR CD/LD had 3.4 more hours of “Good On” time per day*
- People who switched from RYTARY had 3.1 more hours of “Good On” time per day†
CREXONT increased “Good On” time per day when switching from IR CD/LD or RYTARY
*“Good On” time is defined as “On” time without troublesome dyskinesia. Change in “Good On” time was measured by comparing values at Week 6 to baseline.
†People switching from IR CD/LD included those taking IR CD/LD alone or IR CD/LD and one dose of controlled-release (CR) CD/LD at bedtime.
ONGOING SAFETY RESULTS
CREXONT safety results from our latest study, ELEVATE-PD
Side effects occurring in at least 3.0% of people treated with CREXONT
The results come from our ongoing study, where people with Parkinson’s and their doctors knew which treatment was given. These results should be considered together with the main study results. Always speak to your doctor to determine if CREXONT may be right for you.
